Tips & FAQ

Pro tips for creating stunning videos and answers to common questions.

Pro Tips

1. Start and End Strong

Your first and last photos are the most memorable. Use your best exterior shot to open, and end with either another stunning exterior or a unique feature that leaves a lasting impression.

2. Tell a Story

Arrange photos as if you're giving a virtual tour. Start outside, move through the front door, explore the main living areas, then bedrooms, and finally outdoor spaces. This natural flow keeps viewers engaged.

3. Use Camera Movements Strategically

Reserve manual camera movements for hero shots - the kitchen, master suite, or unique features. Too many dramatic movements can be overwhelming. Let AI handle the subtle movements for other photos.

4. Match Music to Property Style

Preview all tracks before choosing. Upbeat, modern tracks work well for contemporary homes. Softer, elegant melodies suit luxury estates or historic properties. The right music sets the mood.

5. Quality Over Quantity

10 stunning photos make a better video than 30 mediocre ones. Be selective. Remove any blurry, poorly lit, or redundant shots. Every photo should add value.

6. Consider Your Platform

Shorter videos (10-15 photos) work best for social media. Longer videos (25-35 photos) are better for MLS listings or website embeds where viewers expect more detail.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • !

    Using too many similar shots

Three angles of the same room is usually one too many. Pick the best shot and move on.

  • !

    Poor photo order

Jumping from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom to kitchen creates a disjointed experience. Group related spaces together.

  • !

    Inconsistent photo quality

One dark or blurry photo among sharp, bright ones is very noticeable. Maintain consistency.

  • !

    Forgetting to preview music

Always listen to the full track before selecting. The middle and end matter as much as the beginning.

  • !

    Wrong logo size

Test your logo on both landscape and portrait previews. What works in 16:9 may be too small in 9:16.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does video processing take?

Most videos are ready in 1-2 minutes. Processing time depends on the number of photos. You'll receive an email notification when your video is ready.

What video formats can I download?

Each video is rendered in 4 versions: Landscape (16:9) branded and unbranded, Portrait (9:16) branded and unbranded. Download all versions from your project page.

Can I edit my video after it's created?

Yes! You can create revisions to reorder photos, change music, update your logo, or add up to 3 new photos. Version history is preserved so you can always go back.

How many photos should I use?

We recommend 15-25 photos for most properties. This creates a 30-60 second video that's engaging without being too long. Luxury properties may benefit from more photos (30-40).

Is the music royalty-free?

Yes! All music in our library is AI-generated and royalty-free. You can use it on any platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) without licensing concerns.

Can I use my own music?

Currently, we only support music from our curated library to ensure beat-synced transitions. Our AI-generated tracks are specifically designed for property videos.

What if I run out of credits?

You can purchase additional credits or upgrade your subscription plan. Credits roll over month-to-month within the same billing cycle.

Can I share the video with clients?

Yes! Use the share button to generate a public link that anyone can view - no login required. You can also download and share the video file directly.

What's the maximum video length?

With 40 photos (maximum), videos are approximately 80-100 seconds long. Each photo appears for about 2-2.5 seconds.

Do you support drone/aerial photos?

Absolutely! Drone shots work great, especially for exterior establishing shots and property overviews. They add a professional touch to any video.

Troubleshooting

Video Processing Failed

If your video fails to process, try:

  • Removing any corrupted or unusual image files
  • Ensuring all photos are under 20MB each
  • Checking that you have at least 3 photos
  • Trying with fewer photos to identify problematic images

Video Quality Issues

For best results, use photos with at least 1920x1080 resolution. Lower resolution images may appear pixelated when camera movements are applied.
