An AI real estate video editor changes a listing video from plain instructions instead of timeline controls. In Reel-E, the AI Director sits beside Keylight Studio. You ask, it edits the video you have open, and you see the change play on the stage.

What can the AI Director change in a listing video?
It works on the video you have open in Keylight Studio, and it can do these without using a credit:
- Reorder, move, add or remove shots, and change a shot's length, speed or camera movement.
- Change the transition between two shots.
- Change the music, the opening title, on-screen text, stickers and captions.
- Add your contact card, logo and headshot, and add or replace photos you attach.
- Reframe shots for the Wide, Square and Phone versions.
- Watch the video and answer how it looks and feels, such as whether the pacing is slow or which shot should open.
Ask for calmer music and the AI Director proposes a track with its waveform and a play button. Nothing changes until you press Use this. With your Confirm it can also request AI+ motion or AI Seamless for a shot, edit or stage a photo, write a narration script and voice, and publish the listing website.

Which changes ask for a confirmation?
Free edits happen right away and can be undone. Changes that use a credit or make something public wait for you: AI+ motion, AI Seamless, photo edits and virtual staging, the narration script and voice, publishing the listing website, the seller report link and the MLS link.
The card says what it will use, and the same plan allowances apply as when you press the buttons yourself. An AI+ shot's photo edit asks for one photo edit and one AI+ credit together, and the card says so.

What if I do not like a change?
Press Undo on that change. The AI Director only undoes what it changed, so edits you made by hand afterward stay.
For a bigger rollback, open History in Keylight and restore the “Before AI Director” checkpoint, which is saved ahead of any request with several edits.

Can the AI Director check how a listing is doing?
Yes. Ask how the listing is doing and it reports visits, visitors, video plays, inquiries and top sources for 7, 30 or 90 days. It can also draft a seller update from those numbers for you to copy and send yourself. It never contacts anyone.
The numbers are the analytics of the listing website.

How do you download or share the result?
Ask for a download and the AI Director shows a card with each format and its file name. Its Download button opens the same Share and Download that Keylight uses, so a trial still gets the watermarked file and your plan's quality applies. The AI Director does not make or send files itself.

Does the AI Director work on a phone?
Yes. On a phone the AI Director opens as a sheet above the tools with the player still in view, and you can speak your request where your browser supports dictation.

What does the AI Director cost?
The AI Director is included in every Reel-E plan, the trial included, with no separate fee. Changes that use credits use the credits your plan already has: 10 to 20 photo edit credits per listing for edits and staging, and 6 to 12 AI+ credits per listing, depending on the plan.

It edits the video, not the facts of the home. Photo edits and staging run through the photo editor, which is written to leave the structure of the home as it is, and the AI Director will not add features the listing does not have. You see the photo before and after, and can undo the edit.
It refuses to write text that targets or excludes people by protected class. You are still responsible for what your listing says.
