Billed yearly, the charge is $530 a year on Essential, $1,160 a year on Growth and $5,390 a year on Pro. Prices are in US dollars. On Pro the "made with Reel-E" credit on your listing websites is hidden, and you can put your own logo in the footer.
What counts as a listing
One listing is one property: its video in every format, with and without branding, its photos and its website. Editing, downloading again and publishing again never use another listing.
Monthly listings and the bank
- Your listings reset each month on your billing date. Unused ones roll over into a bank, up to three months' worth (the "bank up to" row). The bank stops growing at the cap; nothing expires.
- Yearly plans still get their listings month by month, with the same rollover.
- The trial does not build a bank; it starts after your first paid month.

Per-listing allowances
Photo edits, AI+ and voiceover are counted per listing, and every new listing starts fresh. They do not refill each month on an existing listing. A plan change or a boost applies to existing listings straight away.
What every plan includes
Widescreen, Vertical and Square, with and without branding (up to six video versions); the listing website with leads and analytics; the MLS link; Post text; Keylight Studio with the AI Director (beta); music; and your branding.
What no plan includes
- Team seats or shared logins.
- Uploading your own video clips or drone footage (drone stills are fine).
- Importing from Zillow or Realtor.com.
- A per-video price or a single-video unlock.
- A public API.
